We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday at launch over the weekend and we had the pleasure having James as our host. He was amazing and extremely patient with our large group. We highly recommend doing parties there, the set up and clean up was all taken cared of. I even forgot the candles and they were ready with everything! Thank you Launch Methuen and James for being a great host!

We had such a great time at my daughter's birthday party held at Launch. We reserved the private viewing deck and I'm really glad we did. It gives you so much room to move around and socialize. We had Peter as our party host and he was incredible! He was very detailed, thorough and helpful. He made our time really easy and relaxed. I would definitely do it again and request Peter. Highly recommended!

I had my son’s birthday party at Launch and it was great! They made it easy for me took care of everything. Our party host, Peter, was awesome! He was friendly, professional and super helpful! Overall, I was pleased and will book again here in the future (and will be requesting Peter!)

All staff was courteous, helpful and informative. Our host Peter was very attentive and professional. We were all pleased with the space and accommodations during our visit. This was the second party I have thrown there for my son, and will definitely be returning. Thank you Launch

We had a birthday for our 5 year old daughter and many of her classmates. They had a great time! The place was very clean and our party host Peter was attentive and a great host. Highly recommend having a birthday at Launch!

The staff were so kind and helpful and the trampoline park was beyond amazing. Everything was clean and nice bright lighting. Only downside was the food. After reading my review, someone from management reached out, and apologized and was kind enough to make sure to give them another try. Very nice company

Fredelin was excellent and so nice. This is our third visit there and we will be sure to some back! Staff is always friendly and they do a great job keeping the kids following rules and staying safe. This is by far the best indoor play we have ever been. Thank you Launch!!!
